Aljada, the master-planned community in Muwaileh, is growing fast, and new buildings and clusters open regularly. These details help us find the right door the first time.

Sarab villas and townhouses. Sarab is a gated community. Security at the entrance usually calls the resident before letting a driver in. Give us the villa or townhouse number and street, and the recipient's mobile. For a surprise, add a second contact who can approve entry at the gate - a map pin helps, especially for newly handed-over homes that may not show on every map yet.

Apartment buildings: VIDA Residences, East Village, The Boulevard and others. Give the building name and flat number - several buildings and phases have similar names, so double-check. Most buildings have a lobby or concierge; tell us if the flowers can be left there.

Nest (student housing). Give the building and room number and the student's mobile. Deliveries usually go to the reception desk. For campus deliveries, see our University City page.

Madar at Aljada and The Boulevard. Planning a surprise at Madar's cafes, events or open spaces, or a restaurant on The Boulevard? Confirm with the venue that they'll hold the flowers and give us the booking name, or arrange a meeting point with the driver by phone. We can't hand flowers to someone in a crowd without a fixed spot.

Can't find your building on the map? Send us your location on WhatsApp after ordering, and the driver will use that.
