If no one's home, tell us whether we can leave the flowers with a neighbour or at the door in the shade - we never leave flowers in direct sun.

Apartment buildings: Azizi buildings, Pearlz by Danube, Maria Tower and others. Give the building name and flat number - several Azizi buildings have similar names, so double-check the building. Some buildings don't let security desks accept flowers; tell us whether reception can hold them, and if not, we'll call the recipient from the lobby.
